Project details:
Aspira, Project Management and IT Solutions, office fit-out is based in Penrose Two on the Ground floor. The brief requirements included an open-plan hot-desking office, including ancillary meeting spaces for mixed use; interviews, a broadcasting space and a large conference room. This eye-catching office space, overlooking the Plaza of Penrose Dock, adapted a palette of darker colours to high light the variety of colour from the landscaped exterior areas. A pop of colour can be seen in the break out spaces expressed in the fabrics for the acoustic seating, which was also specified in the brief as a casual alternative to the meeting rooms.
