Project details:
A mixed use development comprising two floors of retail, a 120 bed hotel and 40 apartments. All hotel rooms and apartments have terrace balconies giving views towards the historic Lushun Harbour area.
The dramatic profile of the building was dictated by shadow study projections, which ensures daylight reaches existing adjacent low-level residential units.
