Project details:

This project consists of two number forty-four storey tall towers in the heart of the northern Chinese port of Dalian. The site is located within a category 6 earthquake zone.
These land mark towers were designed to form the entry site to the new East Port Area of the city.

The first tower accommodates a 5-star hotel and office space while its sister is designed to accommodate 285 apartment units.

The scheme has a quadrant six storey commercial bank building which forms two streets between the towers.

This is all to be constructed over a four-level basement garage. The site is completed with a landscaped park to the south.
