GSK QA Laboratory, Carrigtwohill completed
The recently completed GSK QA Laboratory (Project Azur) provides a new centralised laboratory facility for Pharma Supply Chain (PSC), with the capability to carry out Active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) and Raw Materials testing. The laboratory has enough space to allow equipment for materials characterisation to be added later as the need is identified. The new laboratory has been constructed at the IDA, Carrigtwohill, Business Park, Cork. The completed works comprise of a 900m2 new build laboratory facility with associated ancillary areas, including, open plan office area, canteen, toilets, board room, plant areas etc with all associated services and specialist services installations.
