The Dean Hotel Cork A slice of boutique bliss in the heart of one of Europe’s most exciting cities. Bespoke rooms that will make you smile and a roof-top restaurant with a view like no other. The Dean Cork, overlooking Horgan’s Quay and the river Lee to the south opened in December 2020 offering 114 bedrooms and suites, Sophie’s Rooftop Restaurant, POWER boutique gym, as well as event spaces and a buzzing lobby area perfect for work or play. The hotel design is unique in both shape, which allows a transition from the residential context to the north and the new eight and nine storey office buildings along the quay and an elevation treatment with a bespoke black undulating façade developed specially for this landmark building.
