The TV Broadcasting Station site is located in the Civic precinct of the new CBD in Lvshun. The building design accommodates full studio and broadcasting facilities for both TV and Radio stations, along with concert halls, outdoor performance spaces and a large media library. The building is arranged into separate functional zones around a central outdoor performance and concert arena.
