Savills, Penrose House

We were delighted to hand over the completed 4,500 sq.ft. office fit out to Savills, at Penrose House, Cork giving the site a new lease of life. Once a tool hire warehouse, it is now a contemporary industrial two storey office. It’s new double height window facade looks onto a dramatic reception area, dressed with salvage brick and bespoke undulating timberwork. Existing structural steel elements and dramatic ceiling heights are the outstanding elements of this design.
